The May/June prayer booklet is being revised and updated. Update requests or add new ones by calling the church office, emailing prayerupdate@intercity.org, or completing a form at the info center. The deadline is tomorrow, April 29, at 10 a.m.
The church family is invited to attend Inter-City Baptist School’s Spring Recital tomorrow, April 29, at 7 p.m. held simultaneously in the chapel and the church auditorium.
Children’s Baptism Class: If your child has professed faith in Christ and desires to follow the Lord in believer’s baptism, please sign up for the Children’s Baptism Class at the Information Center. The class will be held during the ABF hour on May 12 and 19, and both the child and a parent need to attend. The next baptism is planned for June 9.
If you are a member of ICBC and graduating this semester or if someone in your family is a member of ICBC and graduating this semester, please submit the graduate’s name, the degree completed, date of graduation, and the name of the school to the information center.
Campus Bible Fellowship is collecting furniture donations that will fit in small apartments for the international students who will be coming to Wayne State this September. Please note that large, heavy items such as 3-cushion couches are impractical because of their weight and size. If you are interested in making a donation, please contact Clif Tally at ctally37@yahoo.com.
ICBC's 23rd Annual Men’s Golf Outing (four-man scramble) is Friday, July 19. This is a great outreach opportunity, so be sure to invite unsaved friends and coworkers. Flyers with registration forms are available at the Information Center. Registration will continue through May 12. A deposit is required in order to reserve a spot.
Note of Congratulations: Brian and Sara Bigelow are the thankful parents of an 8 lb., 8 oz., and 21.5 inch-long son, Levi Jack. Levi was born on Friday, April 26.
Note of Sympathy: We extend Christian sympathy to Jerry Davis and his son Mark and his family following the death of their wife and mother, Ernesteene Davis, on Tuesday, March 23.
